3:00 A.M. stomach grumbles call for no better a place than Blue Ribbon Brasserie to satisfy the crave. From luscious cheese fondue, scrumptious fried chicken to decadent lobster and caviar, the dishes are fresh, eclectic, and downright delicious. If dining with a group, opt for the bonding experience of the Paella Royale, which serves 5-6 people at $125.
If you have ever wondered where top chefs dine out after hours, regulars at Blue Ribbon include Mario Batali and Daniel Boulud. The late night spot, owned by Bruce and Eric Bromberg, serves until 4:00 A.M.

Located off the beaten path on 1st avenue in Midtown, Sushi Seki serves up late night Japanese luxuries 7 days a week until 2:00 A.M. Regarded by insiders as one of New York City’s top sushi bars, the menu offers a bi-coastal combination of Atlantic and Pacific catches. Pack on the late night Omega-3s with a feast from over 60 or so varieties of fresh fillets. Pastis
Always Comforting

Passing beneath the red awnings and snuggling into a booth at late night at Pastis is a New York City tradition. The 1930s Parisian style brasserie is perfect for a 1:00 A.M. bite. Beneath distressed mirrors and light globes, pipping hot onion soup gratinée, and smooth chicken liver, foie gras mousse and hearty steak frites with béarnaise await. A regular among celebrities, Sheryl Crow, Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise, Jay-Z and Beyonce were spotted dining by the paparazzi who stake discrete claims on the cobblestone paths around Keith McNally’s hotspot.
