The  location is one of a kind with proximity to the beach and history of the area,  along with 45 miles of horse trails. Offering luxury estates on large lots  average 2-5 acres. Few minutes drive to some of the most pristine beaches in  North County San Diego. Privacy galore!

A  home "toes to the sand" on the beachfront in Del Mar.
