Robert De Niro Lists His New York City Townhouse for $14 million

Actor Robert De Niro is trying to sell a 19th Century townhouse he has owned for the past thirty years.
Located at 14 Saint Luke’s Place, between Hudson Street and Seventh Avenue, the property is five stories and 22 feet wide boasting five bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, 12-foot ceilings and a private garden. In the 1920s, it is said this same building was home to poet Marianne Moore.
It just went on the market this week for $14 million and is listed by De Niro’s son, Raphael, a managing director at Prudential Douglas Elliman.
According to public records, De Niro purchased the townhouse in 1975, the same year he won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor in “The Godfather: Part II.”
