Save the Date: Etude Wine Dinner at Meat Market

News | July 11, 2011

Miami is not one for being left behind. Here’s yet another wine dinner to indulge in the month July. Join fellow wine connoisseurs on Wednesday, July 20 at the deliciously trendy Meat Market for a tasting of the fine wines from the Etude Estate in California. The winery is located in the region of Carneros, which straddles the borders of both Napa Valley and Sonoma Valley. Carneros is unique in that it holds a distinct appellation and produces some of the best Pinot Noirs in the country. The Etude Estate was established 25 years ago and is best known for its exquisite light white wines and sexy Pinot Noirs.

The special evening begins at 7:00 p.m. with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and followed by a 4-course wine and food pairing at 8:00 p.m. Brian Kozia, Master Sommelier and Wine & Spirits Magazine‘s Top Five Best New Sommeliers 2003, will lead guests through the dinner. The evening will feature a rose Pinot Noir, an estate Pinot Noir, an heirloom Pinot Noir, a Cabernet Sauvignon, and finally a never before released brandy. The event is $95 per person and exclusive of tax and gratuity. Please RSVP by calling the restaurant at 305.532.0088.

Meat Market is located at 915 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, Florida.
