Singer Nick Lachey has put his Bel Air mansion on the market – for the second time.
The US singer first put his home up for sale a year ago, but took it off the market two months later, despite receiving a number of offers.
Following his recent engagement to actress Vanessa Minnillo, the MTV star has now put the house back on the market again for $5.995m, according to Zillow.com. Apparently, the ex-98 Degrees singer wasn’t sure about selling in the first place, but now that he is engaged, the couple are looking to make the East coast their main residence.
According to the listing agent, Lachey bought the Bel Air pad from supermodel Heidi Klum and singer Seal in 2006 for $5m.
The former Bachelor Pad is a four-bedroom, 4,722sq ft property, which the singer remodelled recently, including updating the kitchen and bathroom.Outside, Umanksy Lachey completely built up the pool and entertainment area from scratch, adding a new pool, Jacuzzi, barbecue and outdoor dining area, each surrounded by nearly 360-degree views.
