What more cogent ingredients exist than wine and shoes to impel women to gather for a cause, other than the cause itself? A cadre of Seattle-based women, socialites, and celebrities united to show support for a first annual fundraising event geared to benefit the Seattle Children’s Home, aptly titled Wine, Women, and Shoes.
The scenic Four Seasons Seattle hosted the finely wined women, clad in the best who collected $63,000 for the oldest charity in the state of Washington.
Project Runway star, Nick Verreos, brilliantly played the role of Master of Ceremonies with his exuberant style and personality.
This successful event will serve as the first of many in an ongoing to attempt to support future generations and the state of their mental health through the Seattle Children’s Home.
