Haute Event: Exclusive Afternoon at The Ritz-Carlton Residences Singer Island

The world’s most prestigious brands came together at The Ritz-Carlton Residences on Singer Island for a first-class afternoon that brought together the land, air,and sea. The private event, which was presented by Lionheart Capital, Ferretti Group, Ferrari North America, and NetJets,gave guests a chance to sip Moët & Chandon Ice Imperial and enjoy an intimate luncheon on The Ritz-Carlton’s beautiful tropically landscaped seaside terrace.

Following the luncheon was a series of land and sea excursions. The event’s privileged guests had a chance to take Ferrari California test drives along gorgeous North Ocean Drive before heading to sea on a new fleet of Ferretti Yacht sea trials, which included the highly coveted Ferretti 750 and the Ferretti 881. Notable guests included project owners Ophir Sternberg and Allison Greenfield, Stephen Gurowitz of Interiors by Stephen G, Steven Shapiro, Carolyn Block Ellert, Virginia Spencer, Susan Polan and Jerry Schweiner.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences opened to great reception in January to become the sixth stand-alone Ritz residential property in the world and, since then, buyers have come worldwide to purchase homes at the two-tower oceanfront retreat to take advantage of the property’s beachfront location, expansive floor plans, unobstructed ocean and Intracoastal vistas, and the unparalleled lifestyle that the locale offers.
