Coachella Music & Arts Festival Dates Announced

The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is drawing closer with each passing day and advance tickets have already been put up for sale online. The official dates for the three-day festival have also been announced, so grab your calendars and read on!

For those of you who are unfamiliar with The Coachella Music and Arts Festival, it has been named the world’s premiere outdoor festival five times in the past seven years. The three-day festival will be held from April 16 through 18 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio.  Some advance tickets have already been put up for sale at the website through a layaway program. To have access to all of the great festivities, you can purchase a three-day festival pass for $269 plus fees.

There are two layaway options which interested individuals can take advantage of. The first one is a 50 percent down option which allows you to pay a 50 percent deposit of the ticket total plus all fees, and then the remaining 50 percent will automatically be deducted from a credit card you provide on the first week of March.

The second layaway option is a 10 percent down option which allows you to pay just 10 percent of the total plus all fees as a first payment with the remaining total automatically deducted in two equal payments during the first week of February and March. Take note: the last way to order your tickets through either of these options is to make sure you order by February 1. All layaway tickets should be received by April 10 once they have been paid in full.

This year, for the first time in the 11-year history of the festival, Coachella organizers will be selling 10×30 camping spots for $55, instead of charging a camping fee per person. If you already have an RV which you’d like to bring along, you can purchase 20×50 RV camping spots for $250.

Keep an eye out more news coming from the festival organizers, especially the highly anticipated lineup which is typically announced in late January. Coachella usually attracts more than 50,000 festival goers a day, so prepared for an extremely crowded and fun-filled three days.
