Take Flight: Wine Flights at Haven Gastropub

You already know that Haven Gastropub is one of Orange County’s best spots to get a drink — after all, where else can you get the selection they’ve got — whether you’re looking for wine or beer, but they’ve upped their game to include Wine Flights so that you can try a set of pours while you wind down or as a perfect accompaniment to enjoy their twist on comfort food.

Managing Partner & Beverage Director Wil Dee created three very different wine tasting flights for Haven, each one a horizontal tasting of a particular varietal presented for easy sampling and comparison. The flights include:

Ranging from only $12-14, they’re a great way to sample a variety of wines without having to purchase an entire bottle of each — Haven’s got over 50 (alongside 50 specialty single-malt whiskeys, scotches and bourbons) so choosing just a few is always a task. Leave it to them to choose the perfect pairing for whatever you choose off the menu.
