Haute Event: Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project Benefit at The Darby

On Monday, Dec. 6, Charlize Theron hosted her annual Africa Outreach Project Benefit at The Darby restaurant in New York City.

Theron was joined by The Darby owners Richie Akiva, Scott Sartiano and Ronnie Madra, along with Liv Tyler, Johnny Knoxville, Jon Hamm, Jennifer Westfeldt, Michelle Trachtenberg, Petra Nemcova, Alessandra Ambrosio, Irina Shayk, Jessica White and Russell Simmons, among other notable guests. Guests enjoyed an intimate dinner, live auction and performance by Mos Def. Proceeds from the benefit go toward The Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project, which is dedicated to helping African children who are suffering from HIV/AIDS and other life threatening illnesses.
