As engines ignite for the 2026 championship, Louis Vuitton accelerates into the second year of its Official Partnership with Formula 1, reaffirming a message that has become synonymous with the House’s sporting legacy: victory travels in Louis Vuitton. Announced in 2025, the alliance signaled a new chapter between high fashion and high performance. Now, at the dawn of a transformative season, the partnership expands its reach across every podium moment of the world’s most watched motorsport.

The campaign begins with a powerful pre season image captured in Bahrain, uniting all 22 drivers across 11 teams ahead of the season opener at the FORMULA 1 QATAR AIRWAYS AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2026 in Melbourne. At the center of the spectacle stands the ultimate prize of the sport, presented in its bespoke Louis Vuitton Trophy Trunk. More than a protective case, the trunk embodies a century old savoir faire, transforming the act of crowning a champion into a ritual steeped in craftsmanship and heritage.

Throughout the 2026 calendar, Louis Vuitton will accompany the Championship across 24 races, unveiling a dedicated Louis Vuitton Formula 1 Trophy Trunk at every Grand Prix ceremony. The House further cements its presence by becoming Title Partner of the FORMULA 1 LOUIS VUITTON GRAND PRIX DE MONACO 2026, strengthening ties with the Principality and deepening a relationship first cultivated with the Automobile Club de Monaco. The Monaco partnership, which saw the creation of the Formula 1 Grand Prix de Monaco Trophy Trunk from 2021 through 2024, laid the foundation for this expanded global vision.

Trackside, the Maison’s creative universe returns with renewed energy. Graphic signatures inspired by speed, precision, and aerodynamic motion will once again frame the circuits, merging the codes of racing with the visual language of Louis Vuitton. As Formula 1 ushers in a new era defined by lighter cars, advanced hybrid engines powered by sustainable fuel, and a sharper focus on driver centric performance, the House positions itself at the intersection of innovation and tradition.

The 2026 season promises historic change. Two new teams, Cadillac Formula 1 Team and Audi Revolut F1 Team, join the grid, while Honda partners with Aston Martin and Ford collaborates with Red Bull on power units. Madrid debuts as a host city with its inaugural Grand Prix in September, signaling the sport’s expanding global footprint and drawing hundreds of millions of fans into its orbit.

Louis Vuitton’s engagement with elite competition, however, predates modern motorsport spectacle. Since partnering with the America’s Cup in 1983, the House has crafted trophy trunks for some of the world’s most prestigious events, including the FIFA World Cup, Rugby World Cup, the Olympic Games Paris 2024, and the NBA Finals. Each commission reflects the same philosophy: excellence in sport mirrors excellence in craftsmanship.

From the Louis Vuitton Classic Run rallies of the 1990s to today’s Formula 1 podiums, automotive culture has long coursed through the House’s DNA. What distinguishes the current partnership is its scale and symbolism. Formula 1 represents the pinnacle of speed, strategy, and technological daring. Louis Vuitton answers with trunks engineered not merely to transport trophies, but to elevate them into icons of achievement.

As the 2026 lights go out in Melbourne and a new season surges forward, the message resonates with renewed clarity. In a championship defined by milliseconds, mastery, and relentless ambition, every triumph culminates in a moment where craft meets competition. In that instant, beneath flashing cameras and roaring crowds, victory once again travels in Louis Vuitton.
