In a city that has rapidly become a global epicenter for wellness, performance and longevity, WellNXT is introducing a new kind of experience. More than a festival, WellNXT Miami x Fest 2026 positions itself as a curated glimpse into the future of human performance, where science, culture, and community converge in one elevated environment, all taking place on April 18–19, 2026 (10 a.m.–6 p.m.) at The Sacred Space Miami in Wynwood.
Bringing together founders, creators, athletes and leading wellness brands, the two-day experience in Wynwood explores a central question shaping the next era of lifestyle: what does high performance truly look like today? From longevity science and recovery to movement, beauty, and leadership, WellNXT offers a holistic, immersive approach to what it means to optimize the modern human experience. We chatted with Stevi Gable Carr, Co-Founder of WellNXT and Founder & CEO of WISe Wellness Guild to get the full rundown.

1. What is WellNXT?
WellNXT is a next-generation platform at the intersection of wellness, culture, and innovation. It’s not just a festival — it’s an immersive showroom for the future of human performance, bringing together founders, creators, athletes, executives, and global wellness brands who are actively shaping the $10 trillion wellness economy. Our focus is what we call whole-self wellness — movement, longevity science, recovery, neuroscience, nutrition, beauty, leadership, and connection — all curated into one elevated, experiential environment. At its core, WellNXT explores a powerful question: What does high performance look like in the next era of being human?
2. You chose Miami for WellNXT’s first-ever festival — WellNXT Miami x Fest 2026. What made the city the natural launchpad, and why Wynwood and The Sacred Space Miami specifically?
Miami has become one of the most dynamic global centers for modern wellness culture. Over the past several years, the city has attracted longevity clinics, recovery studios, high-performance communities, and innovative wellness brands alongside a thriving creative and entrepreneurial ecosystem. It’s a city where culture, capital, and conscious living naturally intersect. Wynwood embodies that spirit. It’s bold, artistic, globally influential, and constantly evolving. Hosting WellNXT at The Sacred Space Miami allows us to anchor the experience in a venue known for transformational gatherings — where wellness, creativity, and community come together in a truly immersive way. Launching here positions wellness not as a niche industry, but as a defining pillar of modern lifestyle.
3. Miami has become a global hub for wellness and longevity. How does WellNXT tap into – or push forward – that evolution?
Miami has embraced longevity not simply as medicine, but as lifestyle. We’re seeing a cultural shift toward metabolic optimization, GLP-1 conversations, cold and heat exposure, nervous system regulation, brain performance labs, and sober-curious social rituals — all becoming part of mainstream life. WellNXT pushes that evolution forward by integrating science with culture. At the festival you’ll see conversations around longevity science and preventative medicine happening alongside social tennis experiences, breathwork and cold plunges, leadership discussions, and curated zero-proof lounges. The future of wellness isn’t siloed — it’s integrated. That’s exactly what WellNXT is designed to showcase.
4. What can guests expect across the two days of programming?
Two days of highly curated, immersive wellness experiences designed to activate every dimension of performance and lifestyle.
Guests can kick off the weekend with movement-driven experiences like Ruck + Rise with YVO, Pickleball Power-Up sessions, and Move with AR: Brand + Fan Engagement with Knosis Engage, an interactive augmented reality fitness experience. From there, the programming moves into beauty and longevity conversations such as Whole-Self Beauty Rituals powered by Farmasi, Hair Wellness + Confidence, and Recovery + Sleep, alongside high-performance sessions like SWEAT440: 440 Seconds to Stronger, Protein Power with Clean Simple Eats, and Mastering Mental Performance.
Day two dives deeper into the future of wellness with experiences around gut–brain nutrition, longevity science, and nervous system optimization, including Nervous System Reset with Modern ŌM’s Alexandra Sheth, an expert Ask a Doc panel on longevity and GLP-1s, and The Relationship Reset with Jillian Turecki. The weekend also features social wellness experiences like the Celsius Power Workout with Tony Thomas, Rally & Connect: The Social Tennis Experience, and Breathwork + Cold Plunging with Miami Ice Club, alongside the iHeartRadio Best in Wellness: Miami competition and the launch of Women Who Move, celebrating the next generation of wellness leadership.
5. WellNXT Miami x Fest 2026 is expected to welcome 5,000 attendees and more than 24 speakers. How did you curate the mix of speakers, performers, and brand partners? Are there any names you can share with us today?
Curation was our starting point. We didn’t begin with celebrity — we began with credibility and cultural influence. We looked for founders, creators, and leaders who are actively building the future of wellness. That includes voices like relationship expert Jillian Turecki, Modern ŌM founder Alexandra Sheth, performance coach Tony Thomas, and founders from fast-growing wellness brands and communities. On the brand side, we’ve partnered with companies like CELSIUS, Farmasi, Clean Simple Eats, Dr. Barbara Sturm, iHeartRadio, and Knosis Health, along with emerging wellness innovators across fitness, beauty, recovery, and nutrition. Our filter was simple:
Are you building what’s next — or repeating what already exists?
6. Wellness today goes far beyond fitness. What trends are shaping this moment, and how will they come to life at WellNXT Miami x Fest 2026?
Three powerful forces are shaping the next era of wellness. First, longevity as lifestyle — people are investing in metabolic health, hormone literacy, nervous system regulation, and recovery technology. Second, the redesign of social life. Sober-curious culture and the social wellness movement are becoming aspirational rather than alternative. And third, human sustainability in the AI era. Leaders are recognizing that cognitive performance, emotional regulation, and mental resilience are competitive advantages. At WellNXT, those ideas become tangible. Guests will experience recovery technology, expert discussions on GLP-1s and preventative health, curated social wellness experiences, and conversations around leadership, neuroscience, and high performance. We’re making the invisible architecture of human performance visible.
7. What do you hope attendees walk away with after the weekend?
Clarity. Energy. Expansion. I want people to leave thinking, “I just experienced the future — and I’m part of it.” That might look like discovering a new daily ritual, meeting a collaborator who changes their trajectory, or redefining what high performance really means in their own life. WellNXT isn’t about overwhelming people with trends. It’s about helping them realize that when wellness is designed intentionally, it becomes one of the most powerful advantages a person can have. https://www.wellnxtfest.com/miami April 18–19, 2026 at The Sacred Space Miami in Wynwood.
