Haute Leaders Gather for an Elegant Brunch at Rose Café in Sunny Isles

Haute Living brought together an intimate circle of industry leaders and visionaries for a refined brunch at Rose Café in Sunny Isles, Florida. The sun-drenched gathering united beauty and real estate tastemakers for a morning of elevated conversation, warm hospitality, and Italian-inspired indulgence.

Rose Café provided the perfect backdrop, a chic, light filled setting that set the tone for an experience as thoughtful as the guests it welcomed. Conceived by philanthropist Alexandra Milton alongside business partner Sebastian Garaviz, the space draws from a deep appreciation for travel, culture, and European café tradition. Designed by Heather Ashton, the Art Deco inspired, pastel toned interior evokes a sense of warm, understated luxury, while the Mediterranean inspired menu remains rooted in a philosophy of nourishment and simplicity.

The Haute Leaders brunch is a signature touchpoint for the brand, designed to foster genuine connection among the movers and makers shaping their respective industries.

The menu was a love letter to Italian craftsmanship. Guests began with a Piatto di Frutta alongside freshly baked mini croissants and butter croissants, before moving into an indulgent main course featuring uovo reale al tartufo, the rich and fragrant casseruola al forno, and the celebrated cornetto incredibile. A savory parmigiana rounded out the table, with the meal culminating in a velvety homemade pistachio gelato that left a lasting impression. Select mimosas and coffee flowed throughout, keeping the ambiance as lively as the conversations.

Among those assembled were beauty partners Marissa Dalla Rizza, Dr. Condé Green, and Lana Mar of Cellebration; real estate partners Carsa Craighton and Romaello D’Franco, Bozana Cavar, and Elisa Lipton; and Haute Black partners Leah and Alex Sajovits and Jeffrey Puppo.
