At Marea Beverly Hills, winter unfolds with a distinctly cinematic flourish. Leading the season’s offerings is The Sophia Loren Cocktail Collection, a glamorous new menu inspired by the legendary Italian screen icon whose confidence, sensuality, and timeless elegance have long embodied la dolce vita. Drawing from her most iconic films, the six-cocktail collection is both a tribute and an invitation — to sip, savor, and settle into the romance of Italy, Beverly Hills–style.

The collection opens boldly with Firepower (1979), a smoky, vibrant mezcal cocktail layered with piña-chile gum, cucumber, lime, pineapple, pepper tincture, and soda — a drink that channels Loren’s commanding presence with heat and finesse.

Grumpier Old Men (1995) follows with indulgent richness, blending milk-clarified Averna amaro, pistachio orgeat, lime, and Macallan 12 for a silky, nutty cocktail that feels both nostalgic and refined.

Bright and seductive, Scandal in Sorrento (1955) brings together sage- and yuzu-oil-washed Mijenta blanco tequila with apricot eau-de-vie, bergamot, and roasted apricot — a sun-kissed ode to coastal Italy.

Ready to Wear (1994) leans playful and polished, combining Condesa prickly pear gin, Juliette peach, honey, lemon, Sogno d’Amore, and a whisper of absinthe for a fashion-forward sip that’s as stylish as its name suggests.

The collection deepens with Lady Liberty (1971), a spirit-forward blend of Planteray Original Dark Rum, Strega, maraschino, and lime — complex, confident, and quietly powerful. Rounding out the menu is Too Bad She’s Bad (1954), a choice of gin or mezcal layered with strawberry Campari, pamplemousse, Contratto Bianco, and Carpano Dry Vermouth — playful, flirtatious, and undeniably chic.
