Miami’s weekday dining scene is about to gain a major new attraction as Daniel’s, the acclaimed steakhouse from Gioia Hospitality, launches its first-ever pop-up in partnership with Palm Tree Club Miami. Beginning in late January 2026, the pop-up will run Monday through Friday for both lunch and dinner, introducing a refined yet approachable steakhouse experience to one of Miami’s most vibrant waterfront destinations and redefining what weekday dining can look like in North Bay Village.

Recently ranked No. 9 Best Steakhouse in North America by the World’s Best 101 Steak Restaurants and named Tasting Table’s No. 1 Steakhouse in Florida, Daniel’s arrives at Palm Tree Club with significant culinary momentum. Rather than offering a limited or simplified menu, the pop-up is designed to reflect the full Daniel’s experience, complete with members of the restaurant’s culinary team on-site to ensure consistency, quality, and the polished hospitality standards that have earned the brand national recognition across South Florida.

The menu blends signature Daniel’s favorites with new dishes created specifically for the Palm Tree Club setting, allowing guests to enjoy long, leisurely lunches and golden-hour dinners overlooking the water. Diners can expect standout items such as the Maine Lobster Roll, Palm Tree Burger, French Dip Sandwich, Miso Black Cod, and the indulgent Chicken Nuggets with Caviar, alongside a curated selection of prime and wagyu steaks. The offering is further rounded out with sushi and ceviche dishes that feel perfectly at home in Miami’s coastal dining culture, as well as select inspirations from D’s Sports Bar, Gioia Hospitality Group’s modern sports lounge known for elevating comfort-driven classics.

Food and entertainment will move in sync throughout the week, as Daniel’s also curates rotating food offerings tailored to Palm Tree Club’s DJ-driven programming. This approach seamlessly integrates elevated cuisine with the venue’s high-energy atmosphere, creating a social dining experience that feels equally suited for business lunches, relaxed afternoons, and lively evenings by the bay. The collaboration emphasizes flow and flexibility, ensuring the menu enhances the overall vibe rather than competing with it.

“We’re excited to welcome Daniel’s to Palm Tree Club Miami,” said Myles Shear, co-founder of Palm Tree Crew. “Their approach to food and hospitality aligns perfectly with what we’re building here. This pop-up lets us elevate the weekday experience with a thoughtful, chef-driven menu in a relaxed waterfront setting that brings together great food, energy, and community in North Bay Village.”

Led by Thomas Angelo, Founder and CEO of Gioia Hospitality, alongside Managing Director Kassidy Angelo, the partnership reflects a shared commitment to hospitality, culture, and community rooted in South Florida. The pop-up format allows Daniel’s to express its identity in a new environment while staying true to the brand’s core philosophy of quality-driven dining and guest experience.

“We’re proud and excited to partner with Myles and his team to bring the Daniel’s experience to Palm Tree Club Miami,” said Angelo. “This collaboration brings together two great South Florida–based companies, united by a shared commitment to hospitality, culture, and community. Palm Tree Club is one of Miami’s most iconic and energetic destinations, and this partnership allows us to showcase Daniel’s through a menu curated specifically for the space, including some of our signature dishes alongside new creations in a setting that truly reflects the spirit of South Florida.”

The pop-up also represents the continued expansion of Daniel’s across the region, building on the success of its Coral Gables flagship and the MICHELIN Guide–recognized Daniel’s, A Florida Steakhouse in Fort Lauderdale. By bringing its steakhouse concept to Palm Tree Club Miami, Daniel’s adds a new dimension to the venue’s weekday programming while offering locals and visitors alike a fresh reason to gather by the water, blending award-winning cuisine, live entertainment, and Miami’s unmistakable energy into a single, compelling dining experience.
