As Miami Art Week reached its crescendo, one final night rose above the rest. The Scarface Mansion takes Art Basel hosted by John Devaney and Manor House Films, delivered an unforgettable close to the week’s festivities. Transforming the world-famous Scarface Mansion into the setting for one of the most ambitious and talked-about private events of Basel.

The historic waterfront estate welcomed more than 1,000 VIP guests from across the creator economy, business, art, entertainment, and investment worlds, creating a rare convergence of influence and culture. Produced by MXU Agency and curated alongside CONTRA —the fast-rising events-tech platform powering more than 17 of Miami Art Week’s top activations— the night felt less like a party and more like a cultural moment in real time.

The celebration honored Manor House Films’ upcoming feature The Prince, starring Nicolas Cage, J.K. Simmons, and Giancarlo Esposito, while also spotlighting the seismic presence of global streaming phenomenon N3ON. Co-hosting the evening, N3ON livestreamed the event in its entirety to his massive international audience, amplifying the night far beyond the mansion’s gates and cementing the event’s place in both physical and digital culture.

Set across the mansion’s sprawling 2.5 acres, the experience unfolded from afternoon into night with a relentless sense of energy. DJ and live sets by Siobhan Bell, Yume Worldwide, JNR CHOI, and Don Rico carried guests through the evening, while fire dancers ignited the grounds and food trucks, open bars, and immersive activations kept the momentum flowing. Special remarks from John Devaney and N3ON underscored their groundbreaking collaboration—one that bridged traditional filmmaking, new media, and live audience engagement in a way few have executed at this scale.

Art was embedded into every corner of the property. Multidisciplinary artist Artlanta, recently tapped by Kim Kardashian to paint her Lamborghini, delivered one of the night’s most striking moments with a live painting on a Mercedes G-Wagon, surrounded by custom artwork throughout the mansion, including pieces inspired by Scarface. The iconic residence itself became part of the spectacle: the nearly all-glass structure glowing against the waterfront, its original helipad, glass elevator, and cinematic sightlines meticulously preserved by Devaney. Guests lingered along the same vantage points where Tony Montana once stood, now reframed for a new generation of storytellers.

As the evening unfolded, director Cameron Van Hoy spoke with guests about The Prince, currently in post-production for a Summer 2026 release. Written by David Mamet, the film was described as “a high-energy blend of The Wolf of Wall Street and Succession,” examining addiction, power, and inherited influence—an apt thematic mirror to the night’s exploration of legacy, reach, and modern influence.
