Haute Living welcomed an intimate group of guests for a special evening with January 2026 Miami Cover star, Chef Thomas Keller at Bouchon, held in partnership with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. Guests arrived to a lively cocktail hour with passed hors d’oeuvres that included caviar, escargot, and other French classics.

Chef Keller joined the event shortly after it began and moved effortlessly through the crowd, greeting many guests personally and setting a warm tone for the dinner ahead. Once seated, Haute Media Group CEO Kamal Hotchandani opened the evening with welcoming remarks before introducing Janet Sweeney from J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. She shared a few words about the partnership and then introduced Chef Keller. Lucy Hammel from Jacob and Co. was also in attendance, offering guests a look at remarkable timepieces displayed throughout the space, which added an extra layer of artistry to the atmosphere.

The chef spoke about the inspiration behind the night’s menu, highlighting the ingredients chosen for each course and the thoughtful wine pairings. Vanessa Conlin of Ducru shared insights into the evening’s selections, which ranged from rare vintages to standout bottles from the estate. Guests sampled the first wines before the initial course arrived, adding a sense of anticipation to the meal.

Dinner unfolded through multiple courses crafted exclusively for the night, each one paired with a considered pour. The meal began with the Grand Plateau for the table, a chilled selection of lobster, oysters, shrimp, clams, and mussels. It moved into a début course of gnudi aux truffes with ricotta and Parmesan dumplings, Périgord truffles, and Parmesan mousse. For the main course, guests enjoyed Snake River Farm’s ribeye served with pommes purée and sauce Bordelaise. The table also received classic sides of sautéed spinach and button mushrooms glazed with veal jus. A course of the fromager’s selection followed, and the evening ended with tarte au citron finished with lemon sabayon and a pine nut crust. Each plate was matched with thoughtful pairings from Ducru, including standout vintages that added depth and character to the progression of the meal. Chef Keller later joined his table, giving guests a closer connection to the culinary storytelling behind the dinner.

After dessert and final remarks, guests made their way out, greeted again by the Haute Living team. The night celebrated Chef Keller’s legacy, extraordinary food and wine, and a community brought together through shared appreciation of craft and conversation.
