In a beauty landscape and society driven by trends, few brands have managed to pair science and artistry as seamlessly as JECT. With locations spanning from New York to Miami, the pioneering injectable and skin health destination is personalized to your needs, data-driven, and rooted in medical expertise. Most importantly, brought to life by practitioners whose kindness and care set the tone for every treatment.

Founded by Gabby Garritano, a board-certified Physician Assistant in New York, California, and Florida, JECT was created to raise the bar in safety, transparency, and education.

“I started the company back in 2019,” Garritano recalls. “I’ve been working in the aesthetics industry since I was 19 years old. I started working in plastic surgery. My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer, and I became obsessed with the industry.”

What began as a deeply personal calling quickly evolved into a professional mission: to make world-class care approachable, trustworthy, and consistent.

A New Standard in Aesthetic Care

Before launching JECT, Garritano spent years working alongside Manhattan’s top plastic surgeons. An experience that illuminated both the strengths and shortcomings of the traditional model.

“It’s a very sterile environment. You walk in, you hear that classical music. It felt a little stuffy,” she says. “I was trying to build my following of patients, but it was way too expensive for a lot of my colleagues to come in for their wrinkle reducer treatments. The accessibility of the industry wasn’t quite there yet.”

JECT was designed to bridge that gap, combining the credibility of medical-grade procedures with a modern, welcoming approach.

“Let’s create something that feels elevated,” she explains. “You have the accessibility where it’s not so expensive that no one can afford to go there. But it also feels very approachable.”

That ethos shaped every element of JECT from the interiors to the staffing model.

“All of our providers are PAs or nurse practitioners,” Garritano notes. “In the state of Florida, nurses should not and cannot inject Botox. We really want to have that higher bar as far as care.”

Building a Culture of Precision

JECT’s success has been powered by a disciplined, data-driven approach.

“About 90% of the industry right now is mom-and-pop type locations, single locations. We have nine,” Garritano says. “And I think you can’t really succeed on what you’re not measuring. So for us, we are looking at how many patients do we see a day in all of our clinics, all providers, we look at their data and our services as well.”

Yet behind the analytics is a very human philosophy: a focus on personalized beauty.

“We tell our patients what they need to hear, not necessarily what they want to hear,” she says. “Patients may come in and say, ‘Hey, I’m here for my microneedling with salmon DNA,’ and then they look at them and have really bad rosacea and vessels on their skin. So we might recommend a broadband light treatment instead.”

The Next Generation of Skin Health: Salmon DNA

JECT’s newest offering—the salmon DNA treatment—exemplifies its commitment to innovation grounded in research, not hype.

“What we do not do is just bring on services because they’re trending,” Garritano emphasizes. “That treatment is used in 14 different countries and has thousands of clinical studies showing the efficacy, the safety, and the results.”

Designed to enhance collagen production and elasticity, the treatment is applied topically after microneedling to stimulate skin repair.

Why is this treatment so viral? Garritano explains what your Tik Tok page fails to cover.

“We’re creating those micro traumas and then putting on these topical products—salmon DNA, exosomes, PRP, PRFM—to enhance collagen production, improve elasticity, glow, and decrease downtime,” she explains.

“It’s kind of the same thing as working out, Garritano explains. “You tear down muscle, feed it protein, and it comes back stronger. So it’s kind of similar with the skin.”

The result: smoother texture, restored firmness, and an unmistakable luminosity that defines the JECT glow.

From New York to Miami: A Beauty Movement

Since its first West Village opening in 2019, JECT has grown into a national brand, without losing its neighborhood sensibility. Word-of-mouth and authentic connection fueled the brand’s expansion.

“People really come and we create these personalized relationships with our patients. That, to me, is more important than anything.”

Today, whether in Miami, or the soon-to-open West Palm Beach location, every JECT clinic feels the same: calm, confident, and impeccably professional.

An Elevated Form of Self-Care

As the aesthetics industry continues to evolve, JECT is helping reframe the conversation around maintenance, self-care, and confidence.

“Now people really think about aesthetics as their routine maintenance,” Garritano explains. “You get your hair done, your nails done, your Botox, your skincare services. People know when they look good, they feel good—and that makes them feel good.”

Still, the brand’s commitment to natural results remains unwavering.

“All of our services, when they’re done in the correct way and more as maintenance, can all deliver a natural result,” she says. “People want less is more now instead of back in the day when we’d do five to seven syringes on a patient in one sitting.”

Investing in People, Not Just Treatments

Behind every perfectly placed injection is a team trained to the highest standard.

“Investing in our people has been the most important decision,” Garritano says. “A lot of businesses don’t invest in a leadership team and HR. But I really wanted to build a support system to support all of our providers.”

That investment extends to JECT Academy, the brand’s in-house training and culture summit held each January.

“We shut down all of our stores and do trainings. It’s tough when you see the loss of business from shutting down, but I feel very confident in the ROI and the culture that you’re building.”

As JECT prepares to open its West Palm Beach location this December, the brand continues to invest in the most advanced technologies—like the TriBrid Cyton laser, the latest innovation in regenerative skin therapy.
