Jessica Olds has a unique approach to fine jewelry. Gone are the traditional silhouettes and monotone pieces — Future Fortune is dedicated to celebrating color, light, and celestial beauty.
Raised in Los Angeles and immersed in fine art since childhood, Olds gravitated to the glamour of Art Deco and the retro-futurism of the 1960s. Her jewelry draws from the connection between these two eras, infused with a fascination of the future. Utilizing recycled gold, conflict-free diamonds, and ethically sourced gemstones, Olds carefully crafts each piece.
Future Fortune favors the bold, with glamorous necklaces, lockets, rings, bracelets, and earrings shimmering with cosmic energy and timeless elegance. We spoke to Olds to hear just how she got to where she is today.

Haute Living: What made you want to start your own jewelry brand?
Jessica Olds: I’ve been designing jewelry for about 20 years, and it has always been one of the most fulfilling parts of my creative process. Working with gold, diamonds, and gemstones feels like an honor. Transforming these raw materials into wearable works of art is deeply rewarding. I also have a profound love for nature, and the fact that these materials come directly from the earth makes the process feel even more special. Creating something that endures, shaped from the raw beauty of the earth, feels deeply purposeful.
HL: What is the inspiration behind Future Fortune? Where does the name come from?
JO: Future Fortune is rooted in my love for eras that celebrated the idea of what’s next, the glamour of Art Deco in the 1920s and the bold retro-futurism of the 1960s. Both embraced geometry and an optimistic vision of the future, which continue to shape my aesthetic today. Future symbolizes innovation and imagination, while Fortune honors the magic, beauty, and abundance that jewelry represents. Staying true to this retro-futurist vision has been central to my style since childhood, and it remains the foundation of everything I create.
HL: What is next for the brand?
JO: Our focus remains on staying true to our aesthetic, bold, imaginative, and timeless, while expanding into more casual collections that carry the same DNA as our signature pieces. We’re developing capsule collections with strong storytelling, designed to let clients connect deeply with the meaning behind each piece as they wear them every day. Even as gold prices continue to rise, we are committed to delivering what we are known for, designs with strength, beauty, and intention, while being mindful of pricing, ensuring our pieces remain accessible within the same range of our client’s trust.
