When August arrives in Miami, so does one of the city’s most beloved traditions: Miami Spice Restaurant Months. From August 1 through September 30, the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) invites locals and visitors to indulge in two months of elevated dining with three-course, prix-fixe menus at more than 300 of Greater Miami and Miami Beach’s finest restaurants—all at a minimum of 30% savings.

Now celebrating its 24th year, Miami Spice is more than just a culinary program, it’s a showcase of Miami’s diverse, world-class dining scene. With lunch and brunch menus at $35 and dinner menus priced from $45 to $60, the program spans 20+ neighborhoods and features everything from Michelin-starred fine dining and bold newcomer openings to neighborhood gems beloved by locals.

Giving Back While Dining Out

This year, Miami Spice continues its philanthropic mission by supporting Camillus House, a nonprofit serving individuals experiencing homelessness. Every Spice menu features a QR code encouraging donations, and the GMCVB will match the first $25,000 raised by diners—making it easy to give back while enjoying the city’s best tables.

Arrive in Style, Sip with Distinction

Luxury touches elevate this year’s program even further. Guests can travel in comfort with Blacklane, the global chauffeur service and official transportation partner of Miami Spice. With Blacklane’s app and promo code Spice25, diners can enjoy $30 off a premium ride to their chosen restaurant.

At the table, exceptional pours set the tone: official wine sponsors include Terrazas de los Andes, an Argentine gem, and Provence’s iconic Whispering Angel Rosé. For cocktail enthusiasts, Margarita Spice—a collaboration between Mexica Tequila and the Miami Beach Botanical Garden—offers a signature cocktail infused with local, seasonal ingredients and garnished with spiced lemongrass from the garden, celebrating both sustainability and Miami’s diverse culinary culture.

Spotlight on Experiences & Stars

Signature Dining Adventures: Miami Spice expands beyond the plate this year with interactive experiences. Highlights include a five-course seasonal chef’s dinner at Le Jardinier Miami in collaboration with L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon; a bold omakase journey at Blind Tiger; and a dramatic dinner-and-a-show pairing at Faena Theater, blending gastronomy with entertainment.

Michelin Moments: Miami’s culinary prestige shines with Michelin-starred and recognized participants such as Stubborn Seed, Cote Miami, and Beauty and the Butcher, where they craft a Spice-exclusive menu of seasonal small plates and elevated meats.

First-Time Stars: Newcomers include Uchi in Wynwood, Colombian favorite Andrés Carne de Res on Lincoln Road, Wyn Wyn (Asian-Latin fusion), Ghee Indian Kitchen, Mediterranean-inspired Cleo, the elegant Mimi Chinese, and Donna Mare Italian Chophouse.

Dine With Intention

Sustainability and social impact are central to this year’s Miami Spice. Initiatives such as Compost for Life & Glass for Life and Food Rescue US – South Florida help reduce waste by transforming scraps into soil, repurposing glass into sand, and redistributing surplus food to shelters. Many participants are also joining the Surfrider Foundation’s Ocean Friendly Restaurants program, further solidifying Miami Spice as not just a culinary celebration but a movement toward responsible dining.

A Culinary Capital on the Rise

Greater Miami and Miami Beach are firmly established as a global dining destination. Earlier this year, the region earned 16 Michelin stars (the most of any county in Florida) and was named the #1 Foodie City in America by WalletHub. Miami Spice 2025 cements this reputation, offering locals and visitors alike the chance to experience the very best of Miami’s culinary artistry at unmatched value.

As David Whitaker, President & CEO of the GMCVB, affirms: “For over two decades, Miami Spice Restaurant Months has been a much-anticipated celebration of Miami’s best restaurants, chefs, and culinary creativity… with literally hundreds of restaurants participating, Miami Spice provides the opportunity for diners to explore new neighborhoods and new flavors, all while supporting a cause that matters.”

Miami Spice 2025 is more than dining; it’s a discovery. A chance to indulge, explore, and celebrate the artistry that continues to place Miami on the global culinary map.
