Haute Living Hosts Haute Leaders Dinner At Cleo In Miami Beach
On July 31, Haute Living hosted its Haute Leaders dinner celebrating vision, leadership, and the art of community building at Cleo tucked inside The Balfour Hotel on Miami Beach’s storied Ocean Drive.

Set within a beautifully restored 1930s Spanish Revival landmark, the Mediterranean-inspired dining destination Cleo exudes coastal charm with arched doorways, warm wood accents, and lush greenery that evoke the spirit of a seaside villa.

Notable attendees for the intimate evening included Dawn Hamilton, Priscilla Haisley, Bozana Cavar, Debbie Wysocki, Dr. Anna Chacon, Esther Alvarez, Leah and Alex Sajovits, Giovanna Guzman, Gabrielle Shulman, Melissa Guijarro, April Irene Donelson, Managing Director at Haute Media Group, and more.
Photo Credit: Micky ViceThe culinary team at Cleo crafted a refined multi-course menu rooted in traditional Mediterranean flavors, including spiced lamb cigars, truffle honey börek, octopus ceviche with leche de tigre and avocado, alongside a delectable grilled selection of lamb köfte, marinated chicken infused with Mediterranean spices, and perfectly charred shrimp skewers with confit garlic. To complement the dishes, guests sipped on a crisp, floral Grenache Blanc from Luberon, France, and a vibrant, red-fruited Cinsault from Lebanon. Dessert was a show-stopping finale featuring a layered baklava with pistachio cream and gelato served alongside a delicate yogurt panna cotta topped with raspberry sorbet and fresh tropical fruit.
