Following cocktails, the celebration continued with an intimate dinner at Amal. The multi-course meal showcased Mediterranean favorites, beginning with a vibrant mezze platter of hummus, baba ghanoush, and muhammara alongside crisp fattoush salad. The main course featured Amal’s signature skewer platter—a generous selection of pistachio kebab, chicken tawok, beef tenderloin, and tiger shrimp—paired with basmati rice, grilled vegetables, and warm pita. The black cod with tahini and crispy pita offered a refined complement. For dessert, guests indulged in date cake with butterscotch sauce and a chocolate halva mousse topped with sesame brittle.
