The beloved New York City Italian neighborhood spot, Rosemary’s, is bringing its comfort-driven, farm-to-table dining experience to Wynwood. Created by Carlos Suarez of Casa Nela, this Miami location embraces sustainability with a rooftop garden and partnerships with local organizations like Little River Cooperative. Executive Chef Craig Giunta (Mother Wolf, Concours Club) will showcase seasonal dishes like Eggplant Caponata, Orecchiette with house-made sausage, and Olive Oil Cake for dessert. Designed by Dekar Design, the 7,000-square-foot space blends rustic charm with modern touches.
