The Resurrection Offers At 90210 Revival At Bacari Beverly Hills

This week’s Cocktail of the Week picks comes straight from the 90210 and the new Bacari Beverly Hills, a chef-driven, small plates restaurant featuring Mediterranean-influenced dishes by chef and co-owner Lior Hillel. It is the seventh restaurant of the Kronfli Brothers, a family-owned and growing group of restaurants in the Los Angeles area. Alongside delicious small plates and an Old World-style ambiance, Bacari offers a rotating selection of wines, beers, unique craft cocktails, and mocktails, and is known for its one-of-a-kind 90-minute open bar special. Bacari Beverly Hills serves as a go-to spot for neighbors and visitors, delivering a warm and inviting dining experience.

But back to the cocktail: The Resurrection. This is an elevated four-ingredient, equal-parts cocktail akin to the Last Word or Corpse Reviver No. 2, with the star ingredient being mezcal.

The ingredients:
Mezcal Espadin
Vermouth Cocchi Americano
Licor 43
lemon/lime juice

Shake vigorously, and serve up in a Nick & Nora glass. Finish with a dried lime wheel clipped to the side of the glass. A nutmeg-infused absinthe spray is misted over the top for an aromatic finish.
