Under the masterful direction of renowned Chef Victor Munoz, Oro’s dynamic menu unveils rich biodiversity and an innovative approach to global cuisine. The culinary offerings are inspired by experiences travelling abroad but adds a touch of locality by highlighting flavors of the region. As reflected in the restaurant’s interior decor, each dish also tells the story of Florida’s natural beauty and elegance through its use of the land and sea’s finest ingredients.

From an array of premium meat cuts to the finest quality of fresh seafood, guests are offered a vast selection of refined ingredients that will transform into well crafted culinary delights.
