On December 5, Haute Living and Domus Artium Reserve co-hosted an extraordinary dinner at the Four Seasons Surfside in Miami to celebrate the launch of Tous Les Jours 621 by Domus Artium Reserve, a groundbreaking immersive wine experience brought to life by an all-star collaboration.

The event featured world-renowned Chef Thomas Keller, digital artist Beeple, celebrated winemaker Michel Rolland, and Barrett Wissman of Domus Artium Reserve.

Chef Keller shared insights into the creative process, revealing that Beeple, famous for his $69 million NFT sale, designed the wine label in the spirit of Château Mouton Rothschild’s tradition of using renowned artists for their bottles. During the evening, Beeple gave a heartfelt speech about his honor to be a part of such a special and innovative project, merging art, technology, and wine. Barrett Wissman followed with remarks about how Domus Artium Reserve secured the legendary Michel Rolland to craft this exquisite French wine exclusively for Thomas Keller, underscoring the project’s uniqueness and caliber.
