This Chic Tennessee Hotel Has Its Very Own Caviar Concierge

Many luxury hotels have caviar offerings… but most do NOT have their own “caviar concierge.” Until now, that is.

Enter The Caviar Concierge at The Memphian (aka the property’s F&B director Evan Potts) who has curated an assortment of handpicked varieties that beautifully complement the Memphis hotel’s selection of top-shelf bubbles.

Caviar on Demand is available daily from 5 pm – 9:30 pm for any patron, though only those who are staying overnight can do a 45-minute private tasting experience, where Potts walks guests through pairing notes.
