The Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic made its grand return to Los Angeles over the weekend at Will Rogers State Park, with a slew of celebrity attendees including new parents Robert Pattinson and Suki Waterhouse, who made the glam event their first public outing since welcoming a baby together earlier this year.
To kick-off the day, Erin Palmer Ramirez performed the National Anthem for event attendees. Danai Gurira threw the ceremonial ball toss to start the match, while Pattinson, Waterhouse, Charles Melton, Quinta Brunson, Alessandra Ambrosio, Jackie Tohn, Sherry Cola, Lewis Pullman, Victoria Justice, and many more took in the fast-paced match from the sidelines — glasses of Veuve Clicquot Champagne in hand (including the brand’s newest champagne, Veuve Clicquot Rich Rose, which was unveiled at the event).
In true LA fashion, guests showed up to the park dressed to the nines, stunning in their polo best, with some of the best looks including neutral sets, black and white polka dots, earthy colored plaid sets, and the season’s top accessories like wide hats, angular shades, and mini handbags.
Thousands of spectators joined together to watch world-renowned polo player Nacho Figueras of Team Veuve Clicquot, and his wife, Delfina Blaquier, take on Team Will Rogers for an exciting, action-packed match. Blaquier was the star player on the field, and took home the award for MVP after helping to bring another win home for Team Veuve Clicquot.
