Haute Living and Cincoro Tequila Host A Tasting Experience at Gravitas Beverly Hills
Haute Living and Cincoro Tequila hosted an intimate tasting experience and first look of Gravitas Beverly Hills, a private members’ only club that opened on October 24.

Notable attendees included Jason Arasheben of Jason of Beverly Hills, accompanied by his wife, Lisa. Jason, renowned for creating the championship rings for both the Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers, holds a special connection to the evening’s theme, as Cincoro Tequila is co-owned by Celtics’ Wyc Grousbeck and Emilia Fazzalari, along with Lakers’ Jeanie Buss. Additional exclusive guests included Seth Semilof, publisher and COO of Haute Media Group, Dr. Garth Fisher and his wife SueLynn, Crime by Design, Mariama Diallo, Joy Taylor, and Anastasia Kermani.

Throughout the event, guests were invited to savor a curated tasting of Cincoro’s exquisite tequila range, including the newly launched Cincoro Añejo Cristalino, alongside their other renowned expressions—Blanco, Reposado, and Añejo. Attendees also enjoyed Cincoro specialty cocktails including ‘Gold Star Martini’ infused with Cincoro Blanco, passion fruit, lime, agave, and prosecco, and ‘Espresso Martini’ concocted with Cincoro Reposado, Spressi Coffee Liqueur, and Marie Brizard White Cacao.

Gravitas is a 28,000-square-foot, members-only social club offering several stylish bars and dining spaces, private game rooms, a striking 28×7-foot LED screen, and automotive services for its members. For those with a passion for fine wine, The Vault houses 380 state-of-the-art wine lockers, allowing members to store and curate their personal collections. The private members’ club is complete with bookable conference and podcast rooms, Gravitas promises an exceptional experience that redefines luxury, offering the unexpected at every turn.

The evening’s culinary offerings were thoughtfully curated to complement the exquisite range of Cincoro Tequila expressions, with each course paired to enhance the tequila’s unique flavors. The meal began with refreshing first courses paired with Cincoro Blanco including a crisp Caesar salad with Parmigiano Reggiano, lemon, black pepper, and crunchy breadcrumbs, a charcuterie board with artisanal meats, cheeses, pickled vegetables, focaccia, and whole grain mustard, and a spicy tuna roll. For the second course, paired with Cincoro Reposado, guests chose between pan-roasted Ōra King Salmon with Meyer lemon Beurre blanc, salmon roe, and chives, or steak frites featuring Wagyu blade steak with crispy frites, sautéed broccolini with garlic and chili flakes, and rosemary fingerling potatoes. For dessert, guests indulged in Budino, a rich Italian chocolate pudding paired with Cincoro Añejo that was beautifully balanced by the Añejo’s caramel, vanilla, and spice.
