Haute Living recently hosted an exclusive Haute Leaders Dinner at Reserve Cut, a distinguished contemporary kosher steakhouse in New York City’s Financial District. Known for its inventive cuisine and refined atmosphere, Reserve Cut is helmed by Albert Allaham, a master butcher with a storied heritage of over 200 years in the butchery trade. His lineage, rooted in Damascus, Syria, has brought forth a legacy of exceptional meat craftsmanship, now showcased at both Reserve Cut and his high-end meat market, The Prime Cut.

The evening unfolded with a meticulously crafted menu that reflected Reserve Cut’s commitment to culinary excellence. Guests were greeted with a selection of family-style salads, including a vibrant heirloom tomato salad featuring yuzu avocado remoulade, cured smoked bacon, white asparagus, and microgreens.

As the appetizers arrived, the air was filled with the delightful aromas of satay chicken spring rolls accompanied by a chili coconut peanut butter sauce, and short rib tacos with hickory smoked prime beef and grilled pineapple salsa.
