The Four Seasons Dallas, Is No More. In 2023, The Luxury Property Will Become The Las Colinas Resort, Dallas

There’s a big change coming in Dallas next year. the iconic Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts ended its tenure as manager of the gorgeous Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas (a favored haunt of Matthew McConaughey) on December 15 and the high-end hotel will now be known as The Las Colinas Resort, Dallas, an independent luxury resort and golf destination managed by The Ritz-Carlton.

In 2023, the 431-room resort will undergo a $55 million property-wide transformation that will convert the hotel to The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas upon completion. Renovations will include all guestrooms and villas, re-concepting the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, renovating 84,000 square feet of meeting and event space, activating the resort pool area, and refreshing the 14,000 square foot spa to elevate the property’s best-in-class amenity set amongst the top luxury resorts in the country.

The Las Colinas Resort will remain open throughout the renovation, and guests, members and clients will continue to receive the same five-star service they have come to expect.

Pierre Josselin of Jeffrey Beers International, has been selected to oversee the extensive reinvention. Josselin drew inspiration from the natural beauty and surroundings of the 400-acre property, a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, while also incorporating the history of Las Colinas into the preliminary renderings.
