Virgil Abloh SS20 Show For Louis Vuitton In Paris With Gigi Hadid, Russell Westbrook, Maluma, J Balvin & More

Virgil Abloh for Louis Vuitton does it again! To showcase his new Spring/Summer 2020 Men’s collection, the Men’s Artistic Director turns to natural elements, namely flowers, for the beautiful inspiration behind many of the pieces. Taking the symbol even further, the florals are a metaphor for diversity—a key emblem in many of Abloh’s collections.
To witness the incredible show at “Café Louis Vuitton”, taking place with the perfect Parisian backdrop on Place Dauphine, the who’s who of the fashionable A-list crowd showed up to support. This included Gigi Hadid, Cam Newton, J Balvin, Maluma, Russell Westbrook, Miguel, Ben Harper, Joel Edgerton, Lewis Hamilton, Swae Lee, Karrueche Tran, Victor Cruz, Gennady Golovkin (a.k.a. GGG) and Frank Ocean, as well as LVMH Chairman and CEO Bernard Arnault with his daughter, Delphine Arnault and his son, Antoine Arnault.

Of course, Abloh and the House elevated the seemingly “simple” Paris street backdrop with the most Instagrammable LV elements, like green monogram benches, “Café Louis Vuitton” emblazoned ash trays, a Louis Vuitton library and even a giant red LV bouncy castle. Guests sat on cafe benches and tables under umbrellas for the show, which was definitely a highlight of Men’s Paris Fashion Week this year.
