Barefoot And Birkin: Cardi B Balls It Up At LIV
Barefoot and pregnant with excitement, Cardi B was more than okurrr while hosting a big summertime party Thursday night at LIV where she performed all her hits, danced and twerked on top of the DJ booth, partying with friends late into the night or the morning—rather, leaving right before they turned the lights on.

Although much to our dismay we didn’t see any MSNBC or NBC reporters at Soho House, LIV or E11Even, no politicians at Twist or Kiki, we did receive a sighting of Democratic presidential candidate hopeful Bernie Sanders at Brickell’s Batch Gastropub Wednesday night with some of his teammates. While he was chilling with them, his competitors were working it on stage at the Arsht Center.
The current POTUS’s first-first lady Ivana Trump is a single woman again. The part-time Murano at Portofino resident says her on-again, off-again, on-again, off-again for real this time ex hubs Rossano Rubicondi wants to live in Miami and work in Milan, where he’s from. The original Mrs. Trump, who has been known to live her best life when she’s down here, says she’s a New Yorker and wants to remain there mostly. So perhaps the 47-year-old Rubicondi will be out and about in SoFi sooner than later. Eyes open.
Love & Hip-Hop Miami star Amara La Negra hosted the grand opening of Happy Place Donuts’ newest Ocean Drive location. The star, who was most recently seen on the Latin stage at LA Pride, posed for selfies and hung out with fans at a meet and greet.

Transgender model Lauren Foster, Director of Concierge Services at U Health’s Office of Patient Experience, has been chosen out of hundreds of trans women to represent the OG Barbie–as in the doll, next month at World Pride in New York, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the landmark Stonewall riots. Foster will join Phoenix Montoya, who is repping trans Ken, in a photo exhibit on display at The Phluid Project at 684 Broadway in NYC, during the entire week of Pride.
The exhibit is the work of New York-based art photographer, Courtney Charles, who has been working on a project called “The Doll Series” for three years and has done several interactive pop-up art exhibits featuring live dolls. Charles decided to start using trans models for his Barbie Series installation after the trans military ban was proposed and the hostile political climate towards trans people from the current administration.
Foster will be dressed as Barbie in the window for the big event from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 28, so if you’re in Manhattan during that time, go check it out. The Barbie series will be on display at The Phluid Project from June 28-30.
“It’s an honor to be chosen as the OG Barbie for this moment, for World Pride and especially the 50th anniversary of Stonewall,” Foster told us “Trans women were the first to throw a brick at the NYPD, so it means a lot to me to be a part of history. Courtney’s message is a solid one, filled with respect for my journey, so yeah, I feel good about this. I’m also the same age as Barbie!” Ageless and evergreen.
In other reality TV news, there were rumors swirling that Bravo was looking to do a reboot of the short-lived (3 seasons) Real Housewives of Miami. In fact, someone said casting was happening and a production crew was said to be filming here for 14 weeks. Unfortunately, at least according to a Bravo mouthpiece, it’s just that—a rumor. “On background this is not true, and we are not planning any casting,” said NBC Universal’s Chloe Ellers. Some things are better left off camera.
