Brooklyn Chop House Set To Open In Hamptons At Capri Hotel For Summer 2019

The downtown Manhattan eatery Brooklyn Chop House will be returning to the East End for Summer 2019, as it hosts an all-summer-long pop-up at the historic Capri Hotel in Southampton. Known for its enticing pop-ups, beautiful poolside area and premier destination in the heart of Southampton, Capri Hotel serves as the perfect home for the beloved brand. Brought by Stratis Morfogen, Robert “Don Pooh” Cummins and Dave Thomas, the hip steakhouse will serve its signature American/Asian fusion specialties, ranging from Pat LaFrieda steaks to Peking Duck and dumplings.

Last summer, the brand experienced huge success with a short-term pop-up at the end of August, inviting guests to experience the delicious cuisine from the Manhattan flagship in the beautiful summer locale. It proved so successful that BCH has decided to bring the brand out East spanning the entire summer season, opening Memorial Day Weekend and closing following Labor Day Weekend. Guests can look forward to special weekend parties on Friday and Saturday nights with live DJ sets, as well as holidays including Sunday during Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day Weekends.

The dining destination will be serving three meals a day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with special poolside lunch options available for those who want to bask in the sun and lounge with rosé in hand and a selection of the restaurant’s mouth-watering dishes—including the Chicken, Beef, Shrimp or Lobster Satay; Chicken Lettuce Wraps; or the splurge-worthy 8oz. Pat LaFrieda Double Hamburger.

Other decadent plates include the 32oz. Bone-In Tomahawk Steak or the 48oz. Porterhouse—perfect for two; the Long Island Peking Duck; Wakefield Alaskan King Crab Legs; Salt & Pepper or Garlic & Ginger Lobster for two and so much more. And of course, the innovative libations are meant to be explored as well, with specialty cocktails including “This Side of the Bridge” with Grey Goose Pear Vodka, rosemary syrup and fresh lime juice; a Spicy Mango Margarita; Blackberry Smash; and an enticing wine list.

Brooklyn Chop House will satisfy all of your culinary cravings, offering the best of each variety of cuisine, and bringing forth a memorable hospitality experience perfect for intimate dining or group meals.

Breakfast: 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Poolside Lunch: 11:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Dinner: Wednesday – Thursday

(May & June) – 5 p.m. – Midnight

 Friday – 5 p.m. – 1 a.m.

 Saturday – 5 p.m. – 2 a.m.

 Sunday – 5 p.m. – Midnight

Dinner service will begin on Tuesdays July & August at 5 p.m.

Poolside Brunch: Saturday & Sunday – 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
