It’s no secret Miami’s melting pot of culture is heavily influenced by the Latin flair and last night, Premio Lo Nuestro took over American Airlines Arena in an over-the-top-fashion as latin’s biggest music names came together to celebrate the legendary artists who have taken over the industry with chart-topping songs everyone is listening to around the world. This year’s Premios focused on the power of women and Latin superstar Natti Natasha was the star of the night with 15 nominations and 4 wins as the most nominated woman in the genre. The star-studded crowd enjoyed of iconic performances by some of the industry’s dominating artists like Reik, Anitta, Thalia, Juanes, Natti Natasha, Prince Royce, Alejandro Sanz and the “founding father” of Reggaeton Daddy Yankee who performed his greatest hits like “Gasolina” “Lo Que Paso, Paso” and “Rompe” alongside Ozuna, J Balvin, De La Ghetto, Yandel and Zion & Lennox. But it wasn’t just the performances that were heating up the night — this year’s pink carpet looks were just as jaw-dropping as the performances.
