The Estates at Acqualina gathered a massive crowd together to celebrate the “Great Cement Event”—marking one of the biggest residential construction pours in South Florida history. In honor of the celebratory occasion, more than 1,000 concrete trucks lined up along Collins Avenue to pour the matt foundation of the upcoming residential South Tower of The Estates at Acqaulina.

Developers Eddie, Jules and Stephanie Trump brought together the broker community and the $1.6 billion development’s future residents to witness the monumental event. Led by Coastal Construction, the “Great Cement Event” pour started on Friday, December 14th at 9 p.m. and continued for 17 hours until the concrete foundation was completed, totaling an astounding 24,000 tons of concrete and steel.

Guests were invited to watch all of the action happen as they enjoyed bellinis and mimosas, decadent brunch plates and private tours of the gorgeous $10 million Sales Gallery of The Estates at Acqualina.
