Chef Michael Mina And Ayesha Curry Set To Open International Smoke In Aventura Mall 2019

Famed chef Michael Mina and Ayesha Curry are officially bringing the heat to Miami this February with their brand new concept, International Smoke, debuting at the iconic Aventura Mall. The 200-seat restaurant will showcase the pair’s signature barbecue concept that became famous on the West Coast, hailing from San Francisco. What began as a pop-up quickly grew such a cult following that the duo decided to open a permanent dining concept in San Francisco, with an additional second location following in Houston. And now, it’s coming to the East Coast for the first time in no better place than the foodie-centric Aventura Mall.

Guests can expect to find expertly-prepared barbecue dishes like the signature St. Louis Style Pork Ribs made with an in-house artisanal spice rub and smoked for four hours, rich mac ‘n cheese, Short Rib Hero and so much more that will make your stomach grumble and mouth water.

To pair with the tasty bites, diners can also enjoy a lively bar scene with an elevated cocktail menu that includes smoky libations, homemade pickle-back shots and legendary punch bowls with innovative flavors, perfect for group dining.

The restaurant will feature both indoor and outdoor dining in a cozy-chic, rustic atmosphere. Instagrammable highlights will include neon signs saying “Smoking Section” and “Drink a Little, Smoke a Little.”

International Smoke will be located in part of the Aventura Mall’s new contemporary oasis at 19501 Biscayne Boulevard Aventura, FL 33180. The restaurant will be open from 11:30 am – 10 pm Sunday through Thursday and 11:30 am – 11 pm Friday and Saturday serving lunch, happy hour and dinner.
