“I have always believed that fashion is an instrument by which culture is created and a mirror through which culture is reflected,” began Evangelou. “This belief brings me to introduce our project of Inspiration through Cultural Exchange.”

After a cocktail reception with Camera Nazionale Della Moda Italiana, showcasing one-of-a-kind creations by eight fashion designers from Brazil, Albania and Africa, guests were then seated for the luncheon where Aldis Hodge and Evie Evangelou co-emceed the event. Guests enjoyed a runway show with pieces from the fashion designers, along with handbags donated by Armani, Bottega Veneta, Salvatore Ferragamo, Gucci, Prada, Tods, Valentino and Versace.
