Wolfgang Puck Fires Up The Grill For New Las Vegas Dinner Series

Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at Downtown Summerlin is firing up the grill this fall season for the all-new Grill Gathering Series, inspired by Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group’s talented roster of chefs. The series is expected to run monthly for the remainder of 2018.

The first installment, Beer & BBQ, debuts at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, September 25. The dinner will pair classic barbecue favorites with refreshing brews from local, family-owned Lovelady Brewing Company. For this community-driven evening, the restaurant’s own Chef De Cuisine Tim Duda and Dylan Hallas of Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at MGM Grand Las Vegas will partner to create a forward-thinking family-style feast of Southern-inspired cuisine, all expertly matched with six signature beers from Lovelady Brewing.

“We are always looking for opportunities to create fun experiences beyond our day to day menu offerings,” said chef Dustin Lewandowski, the executive chef at Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill. “This cooking series allows us to bring chefs together from our other restaurants to work together on a food and beverage event in our neighborhood community.”

As part of the series, chefs and the brewmaster will be on-site to talk about the food and beer, as well as the process of bringing it to fruition. Guests will dine on family-style appetizers like chile-honey glazed chicken wings and deviled eggs; smoked meats including 16-hour Angus brisket and house made hot link sausage; and sides including baked beans, collard greens and four cheese macaroni “gratin.” There’s also a creamy banana cream pie with a bacon crust and a Bacon Old Fashioned cocktail.

The beer selection from  Lovelady Brewing Company is equally as robust with choices like the Lovelady Paleo Porter, Golden Nite Lager, Love Juice Hazy IPA, Outbock IPA Hybrid, HopAtomic Double IPA and 9th Island Pineapple Sour.

“We have had fun with our wine events but we know our guests have an affinity for craft beer as well,” notes Lewandowski, adding, “Come down to the neighborhood and meet your friends for a one-of-a-kind BBQ and Beer event with your friends from Wolfgang Puck.”

Future Grill Gathering Series dinners include a New England-style seafood beer dinner and an Italian-style dinner at Cucina by Wolfgang Puck in partnership with the local CraftHaus Brewery. Puck’s award-winning portfolio of restaurants in Las Vegas also includes Spago Las Vegas at the Bellagio, CUT inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian Las Vegas and Lupo by Wolfgang Puck at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino.

Tickets for Beer & BBQ at Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at Downtown Summerlin can be purchased online for $75 per person.
