Louis Vuitton Launches Latest Fragrance: Attrape-Rêves

Continuing on the success of its fragrance line, Louis Vuitton will debut this month latest scent as part of Les Parfums Louis Vuitton: Attrape-Rêves. Created by Master Perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud, Attrape-Rêves—meaning “dream catcher” in French—uses a hypnotic array of fragrances, including African cocoa flower, peony accord, lychee and Turkish rose absolute, as well as ginger and bergamot.

“Each plays its role without ever overpowering the other,” began Belletrud, touching on the symphony of ingredients in each bottle. “It’s a dialogue between precious ingredients that, in theory, have no reason to cohabit. And yet, on the skin, they converse, interfuse, crepitate and command attention.”

Available in two, customizable and refillable bottle sizes—100ml and 200ml—the perfume is also available in a convenient 7.5ml travel size with four magnetic refills. Three travel cases are also available, which are customizable with monogram hot stamping. They are made in natural leather and Monogram canvas, as well as white, black, rose ballerine and freesia Epi leather. Seven of the nine creations are also offered in 10ml miniature sizing called “discovery” sizes, perfect for travel.
