The illustrious Acqualina property in Sunny Isles celebrated the groundbreaking of its newest residential project: The Estates at Acqualina. The upcoming site is a $1.8 billion residential development along the ocean of Miami’s prestigious Sunny Isles Beach, located next to the renowned Acqualina Resort & Spa and the first completed residential development, The Mansions at Acqualina. The group spared no expense for the grand event, celebrating a one-of-a-kind groundbreaking ceremony in honor of the official start of construction. On site to take part in the affair were Acqualina developers Jules and Eddie Trump, along with Stephanie Trump, executives from Bank of Ozarks (lender of the Estates), City of Sunny Isles Beach officials, the broker community, press and development’s future residents. The ceremony featured a marching band, a jaw-dropping display of Rolls-Royce luxury automobiles parked on site and an exciting, surprise aerial show.

As an indication of what’s to come from the impressive, two-tower development, guests have gotten a sneak-peek of the project from the $10M sales center, designed by creative icon Karl Lagerfeld. The esteemed designer will be responsible for designing the lobby of the completed property, marking it as his first residential project in the U.S. Additionally, the property will feature state-of-the-art amenities including an interactive fitness and sports center, multiple infinity swimming pools, luxurious cabanas, a theatre, five-star dining on the beachfront, a dog park, a spa, full-service resident concierge, complimentary house car access from Rolls-Royce and so much more.
