Life. Feel Great Community Hits Coral Gables
With so many different workout facilities and classes available, how do you choose? Between spinning, boxing, yoga, crossfit and a bevy of other options, the selection is endless. But now, South Florida residents no longer have to pick, or go from one studio to another, as the next big thing in health and wellness has arrived in Coral Gables: Life. Feel Great Community.
Per the website, “Life is a premier group fitness and lifestyle community that offers a wide variety of fun, high-energy workout classes and amenities in a welcoming contemporary space.” Or, in other words, with 15,000 square feet and a brand new space, it’s a super-sized and super-impressive facility, with five separate studios that are completely temperature controlled, offering a wide range of specialty classes, such as TRX, Pilates, barre, yoga, kettle bells and even “antigravity” or “aerial yoga.” And with high-end finishes, top-of-the-line amenities, spacious changing rooms and onsite lockers, it’s a one-stop destination for all things workout.

Life also goes beyond just its exciting selection of workouts. In addition, the space includes the Commissary Café, which offers delectable, yet healthy food and beverage items, such as sandwiches, salads, wraps, juices, smoothies and other snacks; as well as a spa. At the spa, guests may book a massage (perfect for post-sweat session), a blowout (so you’re ready for the day or night) and even IV therapy to address a range of health-related concerns (or to feel even better after spending time in the luxury Coral Gables space). There are even class offerings for kids of all ages—a unique feature you don’t see at most gyms.

Though Life will offer memberships for guests to enjoy up to 225 classes per week, the facility is offering a can’t miss promotion for their soft opening, beginning tomorrow, January 30th until February 5th; if you sign up on their website, you’ll have access to a full week of unlimited classes before you decide if you want to join and take full advantage. So, as co-founder Karina Frangulyan says, “Come for yoga, stay for coffee.” And lunch. And a massage. And…well, you get the rest.
