Haute Drink: Delilah’s New Cocktail Is The Cat’s Pajamas
Celebrities and locals alike have been flocking to West Hollywood hotspot Delilah (part of The h.wood group) since it made its big debut in 2016. Although they might come for the elegant ambiance and the charming old Hollywood vibe, they stay for the luxe libations.
Case in point: The delicious new Cat’s Pajamas cocktail. The upscale drink perfectly complements the swanky restaurant and lounge’s roaring 1920s influence and Art Deco decor by shaking together Belvedere Vodka, Plymouth Gin, Aperol, lemon, simple syrup, and a dash of orange bitters. Served up in a chic Nick & Nora glass and garnished with a cucumber wheel, it’s almost too pretty to drink.
And the taste? It really does live up to its name–absolutely excellent. The star ingredient is the Belvedere Vodka, which first came onto the scene in 1993 and established a league of its own as the original luxury vodka.
What makes it so special is its natural, additives-free character. It’s carefully crafted with just Dankowskie Rye from the Mazovian plains of Poland and artesian water from its own wells. The result is a sweet and savory spirit with a velvety texture that goes down smooth. Every sip is infused with hints of vanilla, white pepper, spice, and almond.
Transport yourself back to the golden age of Hollywood by making a reservation at Delilah. Sit back in the plush seats and enjoy your Cat’s Pajamas while listening to live jazz music. We can’t think of a better way to spend a Friday night in LA.
