The world’s largest Beach Polo tournament is back again, this time taking place at the iconic W Hotel South Beach sands from January 4th-7th. The Beach Polo World Cup weekend will include competitive polo matches, celebrity sightings and all things luxury—from flowing bubbly, to gourmet bites and VIP tent celebrity spottings, the emblematic Miami Beach event will be the hottest ticket in town to kick off the New Year.
The three-day activation will include six competing teams comprised of some of the world’s top players such as Mike Azzaro, Ricardo Mansur, Nacho Gonzalez and Juan Bollini. On Saturday afternoon, the tournament will also host the Women’s Cup featuring two female teams. On Sunday, a charity match will ensue supporting the event’s official charity partner, The Bass Museum.
Sponsors of the high-profile affair include luxury brands David Yurman, La Martina, Douglas Elliman South Florida, Karma Automotive, Grand Champions Polo Club and more.
And of course, this wouldn’t be a Miami weekend-long fête without nighttime activations to keep the party going. This year, guests can look forward to the Bal Harbour Village kick off, Aprés Polo and La Martina night at the W South Beach and Polo Player Nights Out at hot spots ORA and WALL Miami.
