The Gwen’s Lux NYE 18 features a four-course prix fixe dinner with two seatings at 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. ($85 per person including complimentary Champagne toast) by Chef Matt Jergens. The new year opens up a new world of possibilities to salute 2017 and usher in 2018, and with that, Travelle Kitchen + Bar offers three ways to welcome the new year in style: the restaurant hosts a four-course dinner for $95 per person from 5-7 p.m. with a Champagne toast to start, featuring a variety of items to choose from including Roasted Corn Bisque with chorizo, Serrano ham, and corn fritters and Seared Branzino in a white wine saffron broth with fregola, wilted kale, and wild rice. Wine pairings are available for an additional $40.
