A Spanish Feast Where Dreams Come True: Chef José Andrés And Dani Garcia Co-Host Bazaar Mar Dinner
Two of the most authentic chefs from Spain, José Andrés and Dani Garcia, will collaborate on a multi course-dinner on November 15, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. for Taste of sbe Miami. The dinner will take place at Andrés’ vibrant and sophisticated, Bazaar Mar, located in Miami’s SLS Brickell. Both Michelin-starred chefs will create their most famous signature delicacies for the evening. Part of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the victims of Hurricanes Irma and Maria in Puerto Rico through World Central Kitchen. WCK is chef Andrés’ non-profit organization that aims to prove that food can be the agent of change.
Both chefs are known worldwide as culinary innovators. Garcia is widely recognized for his Spanish restaurants Bibo in Marbella and Madrid, along with his most recognized two-Michelin starred restaurant, the Marbella Hotel Puete Roamano Beach Resort & Spa. On the other hand, Andres has maintained two Michelin stars for his Minibar José Andrés in Washington D.C., and four Bib Gourmands for his D.C. restaurants Zaytinya, Oyamel, China Chilcano and Jaleo.
Taste of sbe is a culinary event hosted by sbe Miami that gives guests the real taste of the best restaurants and unique experiences with world-class partners and luxury brands in the magic city. The month-long event celebrates the world of sbe by giving attendees the chance to indulge in inventive dishes and drinks that cater every type of palate. This exclusive reservations-only tasting menu will be priced at $395, inclusive of wine pairing, tax and gratuity.
