The Most Extravagant Ways To Celebrate Halloween In Miami
Halloween weekend is just around the corner and Miamians are infamous for taking the holiday celebrations and costumes to the next level. With haute dining destinations, nightclubs and private parties planned throughout the weekend up until the 31st, the city has no shortage of options to choose from. We’ve rounded up our top favorite spots to attend where you’ll be able to flaunt your decked out costumes in style. Here’s a look at the most extravagant ways to celebrate Halloween in Miami:
WALL
The famous Miami Beach nightlife destination at The W South Beach is known for its legendary Halloween party—aka WALLoween—each year. This year, they’re celebrating twice—first with Secret Sin Sunday on the 29th and then the annual bash on Tuesday the 31st. Come dressed to impress and get ready for a frighteningly eventful evening.
FAENA
Extravagance and Miami Beach’s Faena Hotel go hand-in-hand. Thus, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a memorable Halloween celebration as things get weird and wonderful in the hotel’s Living Room on Saturday, October 28th at 9 p.m. for the Faena Horror Picture Show hosted by legendary Miami drag queen, Adora. Inspired by the ‘70s cult classic, “The Rocky Horror Picture Show,” this all-night festivity transforms Faena’s intimate space into Dr. Frank-N-Furter’s famous castle, featuring a selection of artfully-crafted themed Bacardi cocktails, as well as live music from Blues, Soul and Rock & Roll group, Brothers of Other. Light up the dance floor with your best Time Warp steps and get into the spirit of your favorite characters with their iconic costumes, from Rocky’s gold lame and Columbia’s sparkly ensemble to Brad and Janet’s scandalous skivvies. When the night has ended, keep your outfits on hand and head back to Faena Miami Beach for a special screening of “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” on Halloween night to complete a fabulously strange celebration.
Guests ages 21+ welcomed. RSVP required to livingroom@faena.com. For table reservations, please email livingroom@faena.com or call +1 786 655 5600.
BAOLI
The ultimate dinner party destination, Bâoli, is hosting its famous My Boyfriend Is Out Of Town dinner party on Wednesday, October 25th, this time dedicated to the upcoming spooky holiday with a Cirque Noir theme. The spot will be putting on a show unlike any other this Halloween, and guests can expect one of the restaurant’s typical lavish, over-the-top nights. So come on, come all, and be sure to dress to impress—a strict dress code will be enforced. Cirque attire preferred.
