Celebrate The Beginning Of Movember At Refinery Rooftop’s Meatball Competition
As October comes to end, the month of charitable facial hair is almost upon us! On Wednesday, November 1, from 6-9, Refinery Rooftop will be hosting their Second Annual Movember Ball meatball competition to raise fund and awareness for The Movember Foundation.
The Movember Ball brings chefs from some of New York’s most notable dining establishments to compete for the title of “Best Balls in the City.” Chefs from Trademark Taste + Grind, Boulton & Watt, Louie and Chan, and more will battle off in a friendly competition to decide whose meatballs are truly the best. The winner will named by guests votes and a panel of esteemed foodie judges: Competitive Eater Crazy Legs Conti, Gothamist Food Editor Nell Casey, Gotham Burger Social Club Founder Mike Puma, and The Skinny Pig Founder Dara Pollack.
You can purchase tickets to the event online and each ticket includes one cocktail, a raffle ticket, and all the meatballs you could want.
