ROSA MEXICANO
From 1984, this Mexican spot has been serving up the freshest guacamole in town (back then it was just in New York). But since coming to Atlantic Station, it has become a mainstay on our craving guacamole list. Expect tableside service where the avocados are mashed in front of you and the onions and other ingredients are all added table side.

ORIGINAL EL TACO
This Virginia Highlands Mexican spot is a favorite for just about everything. The atmosphere, the drinks, the food and of course they have delicious guacamole. This neighborhood restaurant is all about chips and dips. In fact, we heard that Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis indulged in some when they were in town filming recently.

PURE TAQUERIA
This taqueria is just how it sounds, pure and fresh. Opt for the guacamole y tostadas, made with avocado, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime, pico de gallo, el milagro totopos, and just delight in the fresh ingredients and pure Mexican flavors.

TAQUERIA DEL SOL
Whether it’s the always-amazing food and the highly acclaimed fish taco or its the casual get-in-line and then sit kind of atmosphere that keeps this on our top list we are not sure. But we do know that you can’t go wrong with anything at Taqueria Del Sol and that ordering chips and guac is always a must.

BARTACO INMAN PARK
Bartaco Inman Park is another one of our favorites when we get that chips and dips itch. This stylish Mexican spot serves up guacamole with hand-mashed avocado, lime juice, serrano chiles, onions and cilantro. And the full taco-sized chips are pretty fun as well.
