1 Hotel South Beach and Green Monkey Yoga will be hosting National Yoga Month.  At the terrace overlooking the ocean, indulge in uniting the forces of your mind and soul while toning and stretching your physique with a practice that originated 5,000 years ago. Inhale and exhale while listening to the sounds of waves collide as you reach for the highest beams of the sun in your warrior pose. Top instructors from Green Monkey Yoga Paula Walker, Derek Waddy and Julianne Aerchee will be teaching the class. After the enlightening experience, treat yourself to complimentary bites, drinks and wellness samples.
